You are able to enter the country and stay on the island of Phuket. The perk of this is you are able to enter Thailand without having a strict quarantine hotel. You can explore the whole province of Phuket for 14 days. After the 14 days on the island is complete, you can explore other provinces in Thailand. There are multiple visa options to apply for and you must have a "coe" certificate of entry to enter the Land of Smiles.
